Born July 2, 1901, Metamora, OH; died May 29, 1970, Chicago, IL. Psychologist. Vincent V. Herr, S.J., received his A.B. and M.A. degress from St. Louis University, after which he studied under Karl Buehler at the University of Vienna, and experimental Psychology at the University of Bonn, Germany.
